The design aims to built a friendly and warm environment, that reminds the inhabitants of the neighborhood, and increases the “green” feeling.

The aesthetic improvement of the open spaces of the development will upgrade the immediate environment of the buildings and raise their value.

The goals of our proposal are:
A. To introduce the vegetation in a horizontal layering such as:
The ground layer
The human height layer and
The above the human height layer
B. To bridge the vertical scale of the high rise buildings with the human scale and to unite the vertical with the horizontal scale
C. To blend the natural landscape of the surrounding park inside the building area, in order to break the cubic geometry with organic forms
D. To create a 3d Landscape by lifting a canopy over the open spaces
